If you believe you have been scammed, phished, or otherwise compromised, Meridian support cannot recover funds, reverse transactions, or intervene in activity that has already occurred.

Meridian is non-custodial. Users are responsible for the wallets, keys, devices, and third-party services they choose to use.

## What Meridian Support Can Do

Meridian support can help explain how the product works and may review product-specific account information where appropriate.

Meridian support cannot provide personal security incident response, recover compromised wallets, guarantee outcomes, or act on instructions from anyone claiming to represent another user.

## Be Careful

Meridian support will never ask for your seed phrase, private key, recovery phrase, 2FA codes, or direct wallet access.

Anyone asking for those details is not acting on behalf of Meridian.
